This is a direct (plug-in) replacement for the industry standard UDC2000 control. Each unit is programmed for use in the Middleby  350/360 conveyor ovens. This includes cool-down and high limit. User only needs to set desired temperature.

This control is also available without the oven program for industrial uses.

• Loosen screw on front of control.
• Slide out old control.
• Slide in new control.
• Tighten screw.
